ReelMind is a small studio that makes the YouTube channels Kindness Cove, Trend Decoded and Ledger. This policy covers this website (reelmind.house) and the ReelMind studio app, the software we use to publish our own videos to YouTube.

This website

• We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or sign-in on this website.
• Videos are embedded with YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you press play, YouTube and Google handle that playback under Google's privacy policy.
• Our web host, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• We do not collect any information from children. Kindness Cove videos are marked as made for kids on YouTube.

The ReelMind studio app and Google user data

The studio app signs in only to YouTube channels that ReelMind owns. It is not offered to the public, and no one else signs in to it.

• What it accesses: our own channels' videos, captions, thumbnails, playlists and YouTube Analytics and revenue reports, through the YouTube Data, YouTube Analytics and YouTube Reporting APIs.
• How it is used: to upload and schedule our videos, set their titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails and made-for-kids settings, and read our own performance figures to decide what to make next.
• Storage: sign-in tokens are kept as encrypted secrets in our private code repository and on our own computer. Analytics figures are kept in our private studio database.
• Sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
• Removal: access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's third-party access page, and we delete stored tokens when a channel is disconnected.

ReelMind's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
